We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with anyone.

Deposit Amount to Reserve

Your first night stay will be charged upon reservation. Balance of your reservation will be collected upon check out.

Check In and Check Out
  • Check in is 4-6 p.m. Please confirm your preferred time with Brenda. 816-792-0418 or cell 816-863-5941.
  • Check out is 11 a.m.
  • When available, we are happy to accommodate different times - please let speak with Brenda.

Cancellation Policy

Please call Brenda to discuss any changes to your reservation. To change or cancel your reservations please speak with Brenda Hedrick at 816-792-0418. We are unable to accept cancellations by email or voice mail.

  • Reservations canceled 10 days prior to arrival date will receive a gift certificate for the full reservation minus 15%.  Gift certificate can be used for a future reservation. 
  • Reservations canceled in less than 10 days of arrival date will receive a gift certificate for the full reservation minus 15% only if room can be re-rented for entire reservation. We will make every effort to re-rent your entire reservation.
  • Refunds are not given during special WJC weekends & holidays unless room(s) are re-rented.
Smoking and Pets
  • We are a smoke free inn. Please inquire with Brenda if you would like to smoke. 816-792-0418. Please note if you smoke inside the Inn, you will be subject to a $250.00 surcharge.
  • We are sorry, but we are unable to offer pet accommodations.
Children

Although we love children of all ages, we are unable to accommodate most children under the age of 8. If you are traveling with one younger than 8, please contact Brenda to discuss personally.

Rooms
  • Accommodations are for two people occupancy. $19.00 per extra person which includes use of all facilities and breakfast.
  • We also have a rollaway bed for $25.00 per night.  
  • Please enjoy our battery operated flicker flame candles - no open flames. Please do not use fresh flower petals on floor or beds.
